- Site preparation:
- Removing debris
- Moving obstacles
- Demolition of mobile homes:
- Material handling:
- Loading and unloading building materials
- Tool operation:
- Operating hand and power tools
- Familiar with heavy equipment
- Clean-up:
- Ensuring the construction site is clean and safe
- Safety:
- Following safety guidelines
- Reporting emergencies
- Attention to detail a must
- Communication skills
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift / carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
